Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet clients' specific needs, ensuring effective treatment plans are in place.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and seminars, staying informed on advancements in mental health research and practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor at Johnson's Harbor Therapy will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups who struggle with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Knowledge of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 - 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
