This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on your experience and caseload management. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, which may include individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group sessions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to effectively address clients’ challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying updated on the latest research and trends in mental health, and participating in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
