Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing meaningful rapport and fostering professional relationships while adhering to ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, set future appointments, and facilitate timely discharges when appropriate.

• Develop and execute individualized, person-centered treatment plans, regularly monitoring their effectiveness in collaboration with clients.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation and progress notes for all clients, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs and establish appropriate therapeutic pathways.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, creating a safe environment for clients to explore and address their mental health concerns.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance professional development and ensure optimal therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n
