Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular follow-up sessions to assess progress, stability, and appropriateness of treatment plans, making necessary adjustments in collaboration with clients.

• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored person-centered treatment plans that incorporate clients' unique needs and goals.

• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients to identify their mental health needs and establish a foundation for ongoing therapeutic work.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions, providing direct support to clients on a weekly basis.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions that enhance clinical skills and ensure personal and professional development.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and specialists to provide integrated care and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Arizona.
\n
• At least one year of experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting post-graduation.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth services, including the use of Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and clinical documentation platforms.

• Experience performing thorough intake assessments and delivering psychotherapy services to diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Background in working with children and adolescents, as well as families, is highly desirable.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience. Our fee-for-service payment model guarantees timely compensation, with rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating wait times for reimbursement.
