Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Happy Hearts Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Creating personalized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals and specific interventions.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Engaging in crisis intervention, risk assessments, and developing safety plans when necessary to support clients in immediate need.

• Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
