Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop customized treatment plans that set measurable goals for each client, ensuring alignment with their personal journey towards improvement.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists to deliver seamless multidisciplinary care.

• Facilitate client-centered treatment planning sessions to ensure that therapy is responsive to clients’ needs and progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans as required to support clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
