This position is structured to be performed remotely, allowing for flexibility in your working hours. While the majority of sessions will be conducted online, you will participate in regular team meetings for collaborative case discussions and professional development. The work schedule includes some evening and weekend availability to accommodate clients’ diverse schedules, ensuring they receive timely care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, clearly defining therapeutic goals and progress markers for each client.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health providers, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create seamless treatment pathways.

• Engage in ongoing client progress evaluation, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans when needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a valid License in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) in the State of Arizona. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion as you support your clients.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting. Experience in community mental health services, as well as familiarity with online therapy platforms, is considered an asset. Knowledge of culturally competent practices and trauma-informed care will enhance your capacity to provide effective treatment in our diverse client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Happy Hearts Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
