Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments and develop tailored therapeutic plans for clients during scheduled appointments, ensuring timely and respectful engagement.

• Utilize various evidence-based treatment modalities to address mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, end-of-life issues, addictions, chronic pain management, and interpersonal relationships.

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, providing professional consultation and fostering comprehensive care that integrates psychological and emotional support.
\n
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations to support continuity of care.
\n
• Engage in ongoing case review and ensure adherence to ethical practice standards while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on providing therapeutic support to a diverse array of patients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other mental health disorders. You will partner with clients of various backgrounds and life experiences, addressing their unique challenges and helping them cultivate coping strategies and resilience. We prioritize a patient-centered approach that encourages collaboration and active participation in treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon.
\n
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy within a mental health setting.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Dedication to maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality while providing compassionate and respectful care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with specific treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
