Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting both individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthier relationships.

• Addressing challenges that families face, including but not limited to issues related to alcohol and substance abuse, grief, and loss, and the complexities involved in blended families.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs and family dynamics.

• Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, setting clear goals and outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential, and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with state regulations.

• Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including couples navigating relationship challenges, families dealing with transitions such as divorce or remarriage, and individuals facing personal crises. You will address a wide array of issues, including:

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. This package includes:
