Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote therapy sessions for individuals and families, focusing on psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, life transitions, and end-of-life planning.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific family dynamics, individual behavioral issues, and other personal matters, ensuring each plan is holistic and client-centered.

• Encourage clients to develop practical skills and strategies to confront personal issues constructively, including facilitating discussions that help them identify their feelings and behaviors.

• Utilize the designated telemedicine platform proficiently to deliver high-quality care, ensuring that technological barriers do not hinder the therapeutic process.

Your clientele will range from individuals undergoing significant life challenges to families seeking support to improve their dynamics. This diverse patient population provides an enriching and rewarding experience as you help clients navigate their mental health journeys. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current active LMFT license in the state of Oregon.
\n
• At least one year of verified experience in the last three years specifically delivering therapy as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Proficient with computers and video-conferencing software; experience with telemedicine is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
