Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients' mental health needs, using structured tools and evidence-based metrics.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans supported by therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Deliver therapy sessions using a variety of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and trauma-informed care to address diverse mental health issues.

• Collaborate regularly with case managers, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals to ensure integrated care plans that support the client’s journey toward recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or personal crises, utilizing evidence-based practices to stabilize situations.

• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at reducing stigma surrounding mental health, reinforcing the community's understanding of available resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
