Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain trusting, therapeutic relationships with patients, creating a safe environment for open dialogue and personal growth.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and diagnose mental health issues and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.

• Facilitate both solo and group therapy sessions, utilizing recognized therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.

• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on outcomes and client feedback, while maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, referring patients to additional specialists when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, techniques, and trends in marriage and family therapy to continually enhance your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds, encompassing a wide range of issues including interpersonal conflicts, mental health disorders, trauma recovery, and addiction. You will work primarily with adults, couples, and families, helping them navigate relationships and personal challenges to lead fulfilling lives. Your skill set as an LMFT will be instrumental in offering guidance through relational dynamics and individual growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Texas.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Beyond Psychology Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
