Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique backgrounds and challenges.

• Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized therapy plans utilizing the evidence-based therapies framework, which includes Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.

• Lead individual therapy sessions, addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and grief, allowing for a tailored therapeutic experience.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relational satisfaction.

• Maintain meticulous and timely records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outlines in compliance with organizational standards and legal regulations.

• Provide regular updates and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Continually adapt therapeutic interventions based on client feedback and evolving needs to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
