Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and potential barriers.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on the unique needs and goals of each client, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure integrated care and effective service delivery.

• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment, developing safety plans when necessary to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring continuity of care and facilitating future treatment planning.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health therapy, ideally in a clinical or non-profit setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
