Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to establish client needs and mental health status.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans, adapting them as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvement of clinic practices and client recommendations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor at Healing Hearts, you will work with a diverse population, including teenagers, adults, and couples. Our clients come to us seeking support for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Your role will be vital in guiding clients through their healing journeys and in helping them achieve their personal mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, or an equivalent field.

• Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or an equivalent credential).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
