Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to a diverse clientele, ensuring a safe and supportive space for healing.

• Utilize telehealth technology to conduct sessions, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality throughout.

• Stay up to date with best practices in mental health therapy and adjust treatment plans as necessary to enhance client outcomes.

• Participate in regular team meetings and consult with colleagues to continuously improve service delivery.

• Complete documentation, treatment notes, and billing in compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

• Strong skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
