Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive and trusting rapport with patients to create a safe and welcoming environment for therapy.

• Provide individual and couples counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques effectively.

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, family conflict, and addiction issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) recognized in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Comprehensive understanding of evidence-based practices specific to substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Strong therapeutic skills with a proven ability to motivate and empower clients through effective counseling techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration with colleagues and clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a clinical setting working with diverse populations, including families facing challenges related to addiction and trauma.

Compensation and Benefits\n
