Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and nurture trusting therapeutic relationships with clients to foster a safe and open environment for discussion.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions via telehealth, employing strategies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Continuously assess client progress, modifying treatment plans when necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Document client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, coordinating discussions that promote healing, shared understanding, and community among participants.

• Connect clients with additional resources or specialists when necessary, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of individuals from various backgrounds, including adolescents, adults, and families. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing complex issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
