This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. Full-time counselors will work Monday through Friday with no weekend obligations, while part-time counselors have the opportunity to develop a schedule based on their availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive client care.

• Participate in regular professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to remain current on the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth LPC at Comprehensive Counseling Center, you will engage with a diverse clientele that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Your role will involve building strong therapeutic alliances with clients, fostering a safe space where they can explore their challenges and work toward their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
