Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, groups, and families, focusing on mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy in practice.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients, integrating diverse therapeutic insights and resources.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client interactions.

• Engage in professional development through workshops and training to stay informed on the latest mental health research and therapeutic methodologies.

Qualifications\n
