Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to devise tailored therapy plans for individual clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies, for a diverse client base.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, couple’s counseling, and family therapy aimed at enhancing communication skills and problem-solving.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to uphold legal and ethical standards while assessing client progress and responding to changing needs.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies, sharing insights and developing robust support networks for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
