Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions via telehealth and in-person at our outpatient office.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique cultural backgrounds and mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, or EMDR to address various mental health conditions.

• Regularly assess client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary while documenting findings in Electronic Health Records (EHR).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and optimize client outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations throughout all interactions.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring clients feel supported and safe.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist's primary clientele will include children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. You will work with clients who are navigating complex family dynamics, behavioral issues, and personal trauma, ensuring that each client receives the appropriate care tailored to their individual needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active, unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Arizona, allowing for independent practice.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills conducive to providing bilingual psychotherapy.

• At least two years of experience working in a mental health setting, specifically in behavioral health with children, adults, and families.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA regulations.

• A willingness to provide in-network services for at least one insurance panel.

Compensation and Benefits\n
