Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will take on a variety of critical responsibilities that directly contribute to improved patient outcomes:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for individual clients as well as couples and families to effectively address their unique needs and dynamics.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples and families, focusing on issues such as communication difficulties, conflict resolution, and relationship repair.

• Provide individual therapy sessions as needed, aiming to address challenges such as grief and loss, job stress, and adjustment issues.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to support clients facing situations like alcohol abuse, physical or psychological abuse, and medical issues.
\n
• Document treatment plans, session notes, and client progress in accordance with organizational policies and legal standards.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to develop integrated approaches for holistic care.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include adults, children, and adolescents, with a strong emphasis on family dynamics. You will address various challenges such as blended family issues, adjustment to separation and divorce, and inter-family conflicts. Your work will help clients navigate their personal struggles while fostering healthier family connections.

Qualifications\n

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.

Compensation and Benefits\n
