Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily tasks will include:

• Providing high-quality individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to clients' needs via telehealth platforms.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations that consider clients' challenges, strengths, and treatment goals.

Your work will encompass a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this position, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted mental health licensure, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, allowing independent practice without supervision. Please note that provisional licenses are not accepted.

• A strong understanding of clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention strategies appropriate for various mental health issues.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with clients empathetically and professionally.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including telehealth platforms, for remote counseling sessions and electronic record keeping.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
