Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to gather meaningful insights into client situations.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking their individual goals and cultural backgrounds into account.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in a variety of settings—individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services and work alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, while adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Conduct psychoeducation sessions to empower clients and their families with knowledge about managing mental health conditions.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, for holistic client care.
\n
• Implement regular outcome assessments to gauge treatment efficacy, adjusting the therapeutic approach as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Continuously stay updated on current mental health research, best practices, and emerging treatment trends to ensure quality care delivery.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $84,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, education, and other relevant factors.
