The position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while engaging with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting specific and measurable goals in collaboration with clients, ensuring each treatment approach addresses their unique needs.

• Work closely with other professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate an integrated treatment approach, ensuring continuity of care.

• Lead group therapy sessions, offering psychoeducation classes and support groups that enhance the therapeutic experience and create a sense of community.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning when required, to ensure the well-being of clients in urgent situations.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation meeting ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client records are up to date and confidential.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
