Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, incorporating family dynamics to address complex issues in a supportive environment.

• Facilitate discussions and interventions for a range of topics, including but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client or family.
\n
• Document all sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
\n
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.

• Engage with clients to create actionable treatment plans while monitoring progress and adjusting therapeutic strategies as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve serving diverse clientele, including couples, families, adults, and adolescents. Compensation and Benefits\n
