Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health through teletherapy sessions.

• Evaluate client needs and goals to develop personalized treatment plans utilizing techniques such as Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.

• Deliver engaging individual therapy sessions focused on a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
\n
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthy relationship dynamics.
\n
• Regularly review and modify treatment plans based on client progress and emerging needs, utilizing feedback and collaboration.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to provide holistic care to clients, working alongside healthcare professionals when necessary.

• Participate in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support to clients in acute distress.

• Stay informed on the latest research and methodologies in marriage and family therapy to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse populations, including teens, adults, and couples from various backgrounds facing an array of emotional and behavioral challenges. You will foster a safe and supportive therapeutic space where clients can openly discuss their concerns, explore coping strategies, and work towards meaningful goals. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and couples therapy, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
