This position is primarily remote, offering you the flexibility to manage your workload while staying connected with both clients and our supportive team. Our outpatient office setting complements our online therapy offerings, creating an integrated model of care that meets diverse client needs. By leveraging technology such as Electronic Health Records and Microsoft Office 365, therapists can maintain efficiency and organization in their practices.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 27 client visits per week, ensuring each session is well-documented in accordance with company policies.
\n
• Collaborate with a multifaceted team to enhance the effectiveness of mental health services, working toward achieving collective goals for the community.
\n
• Employ creativity in therapy techniques and interventions to engage clients effectively, setting and facilitating goals for their progress.
\n
• Document each therapy session in compliance with relevant protocols, including ongoing updates to treatment plans and clinical case notes.
\n
• Work alongside case managers, families, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care strategies and support networks.
\n
• Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and training programs to foster personal and professional development.
\n
• Contribute positively to a collegial team culture built on support and shared success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide therapeutic support to children and adolescents facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and more. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A current LMFT license for practice in Pennsylvania is essential.

• Experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans, is mandatory.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

• Proficiency with Office 365 and familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems is preferred; experience with Valant is a plus.

• Ability to demonstrate and maintain appropriate boundaries while establishing rapport with clients.

• A commitment to serving a diverse client base and understanding their unique needs.

• Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, with additional opportunities for sign-on bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
