Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments via teletherapy to evaluate clients’ emotional and psychological health, identifying their strengths and areas of concern to establish targeted treatment goals.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and circumstances of each client, adjusting interventions as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations, to deliver cohesive and coordinated care.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, each facing unique life challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, couple difficulties, family conflicts, and trauma recovery. Your role is crucial in guiding these individuals and families toward healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted professional license to practice independently: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• All applicants should have no provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Demonstrated ability to assess and make informed decisions regarding treatment options and client progress.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for empathy and active listening, ensuring a supportive environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of clinical counseling experience in a community health setting.
