As a remote position within an outpatient office setting, you will benefit from a flexible work schedule while maintaining a strong connection with our collaborative team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine individual needs and craft personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving patient goals.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and the integration of services across disciplines.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate support during moments of acute distress and mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Insightful Life Care Counseling will involve addressing the needs of a diverse patient population, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
