Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, empowering you to deliver care from the comfort of your home while ensuring a high standard of professionalism and empathy. Our telehealth facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that supports secure and confidential sessions, allowing therapists to connect with clients effectively regardless of their geographical location. Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs, fostering a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that identify the unique needs of each patient, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to conduct sessions with individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community and empowering patients to manage their mental health challenges collaboratively.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, including medication management and referral processes.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and ensuring the safety of clients.
\n
• Educate patients on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to promote their autonomy and informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities to stay current on the latest therapeutic practices and mental health research.

The therapist will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrable knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches is essential, with a focus on evidence-based treatment.

• Strong ability to conduct assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to varied populations is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and professional qualifications.
