Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional states.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that consider each client’s individual goals, challenges, and history.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual sessions, group therapy, and family counseling, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Continuously monitor and document clients’ progress, maintaining a flexible approach to modify treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring clients receive immediate support during distressing times.

• Maintain organized and confidential client records in adherence to HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care and improve client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and supervision sessions to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults, to promote healing and growth through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
