Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health concerns and establish therapy objectives.

• Act as a liaison, referring clients to psychiatrists or other healthcare providers when medication or additional services are deemed necessary.

• Participate in supervision and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge of best practices.

• Maintain ethical boundaries and confidentiality at all times, adhering to the standards set by the state licensing board.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population including individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders, and other mental health conditions. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, requiring a flexible therapeutic approach tailored to their unique backgrounds and needs. Empathy, cultural competence, and a strong rapport are essential for successful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
