Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to understand clients' mental health concerns and ascertain their needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that are rooted in evidence-based practices, addressing the uniqueness of each client's situation.

• Deliver therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and addressing any technical issues to maintain a smooth therapeutic experience.

• Regularly reassess and adjust therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, fostering an open dialogue about progress and challenges.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic support and guidance, utilizing a variety of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Maintain meticulous electronic documentation of all therapy sessions, adhering to both ethical and legal standards of practice.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also accepted.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create rapport and trust with clients through a virtual medium.

• Demonstrated compassion and understanding of diverse client experiences and challenges.
\n
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining quality care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of current best practices and regulations within the field of mental health.

• Previous experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations is a plus.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
