Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health status through virtual consultations, understanding their unique histories, strengths, and presenting challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and culturally responsive techniques.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings, to equip clients with coping skills and strategies for overcoming their difficulties.

• Coordinate care by referring clients to other specialists, such as psychiatrists, when necessary, and collaborating on treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our EHR, ensuring all records reflect treatment progress and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to provide culturally responsive care to diverse populations.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
