Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions that may include modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused techniques.

• Foster a supportive environment by assisting clients in building coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, and enhancing overall well-being.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

• Maintain complete and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines as well as organizational standards for data protection.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and risk assessments to address immediate client needs and ensure safety.

Compensation and Benefits\n
