Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to diverse client groups—individuals, families, and communities—while adapting approaches to meet varying needs.

• Effectively respond to crisis situations by quickly assessing the urgency of clients' needs and providing immediate support, as well as coordinating appropriate services to ensure continuous care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing the Integrated Biopsychosocial Model to identify clients’ treatment needs and formulate accurate mental health diagnoses, in accordance with DSM V standards.

• Develop tailored treatment plans for clients, utilizing recognized guidelines that incorporate patient strengths and specific challenges, and providing ongoing therapeutic support.
\n
• Lead training sessions and educational workshops, sharing clinical knowledge with colleagues, support staff, and community members to enhance understanding of mental health topics.
\n
• Oversee the work of Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, providing clinical supervision and guidance to ensure high standards of care are maintained throughout the treatment process.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to create comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring a holistic approach to client welfare.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• Current independent mental health licensure in Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a sizable caseload effectively, ensuring timely and responsive care for all clients.

• Proficient in using electronic medical records systems and adept with Microsoft Windows applications to maintain accurate and efficient documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for professional email correspondence and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Preferred Experience\n
