As a Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work from the comfort of your home, conducting assessments, therapy sessions, and developing treatment plans via telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the unique needs of clients and their families, facilitating appropriate resource linkages to community-based services.

• Engage in crisis intervention while leveraging your knowledge of substance abuse, domestic violence, child maltreatment, trauma, and mental health conditions.

• Educate your team members on the psychosocial stressors and needs impacting clients to foster a collaborative approach for achieving positive treatment outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, including patient medical and psychological histories, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s individual needs while ensuring compliance with all professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in providing effective counseling services to a varied clientele, showcasing your ability to adapt to diverse needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
