Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Dignified Counseling Services, you will:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific therapeutic goals of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention services, responding effectively to clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and guiding them towards gaining stability.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our ethical standards, documenting treatment progress and any changes in client status.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with a diverse healthcare team, including psychiatrists and medical professionals, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatments, community support resources, and coping strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
