Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health statuses, utilizing standardized tools and interviewing techniques to identify their needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others, to foster personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor client progress towards these goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively to ensure accessibility for clients with scheduling challenges or those living in remote areas.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and webinars, to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, while candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology will be strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
