Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' issues, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide individualized, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Offer critical crisis intervention and support strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate stabilization and safety.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, while adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n
