This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility while continuing to foster connection and effective therapy through technology. You will be working in an outpatient office environment, engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and oversee innovative clinical treatment programs tailored for the diagnosis and treatment of members experiencing mental health challenges, whether acute or chronic.

• Participate in collaborative staff conferences to select, plan, and evaluate treatment programs that meet the diverse needs of our clients.

• Conduct thorough outpatient psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including intake summaries, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing case summaries, maintaining confidentiality as per state, NCQA regulations, and community standards.

• Utilize telehealth technology to provide therapy sessions, adapting strategies to ensure effective engagement with remote clients.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate the needs of senior clients, developing personalized strategies and resources to aid their mental health journeys.

• Actively listen and provide compassionate counseling or psychotherapy sessions, adjusting methodologies according to the client’s unique circumstances.

Your primary focus will be on senior clients, characterized by unique emotional and mental health needs. You will work closely with this demographic to identify their challenges and strengths, fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Social Welfare from a clinical track, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid California license, such as LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT; this position requires licensed professionals, as associates cannot be billed through Medicare.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, is necessary for documentation and communication purposes.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively in a fast-paced environment.
