Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and culturally sensitive interventions for a diverse clientele, ensuring that individual and family needs are met effectively.

• Develop personalized therapy plans that foster skill-building and resilience, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Create crisis intervention strategies and wellness plans for clients facing acute challenges, ensuring a structured approach to their care.

• Document all therapy sessions and client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations using our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications\n

• An active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in Virginia is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, reflecting the expertise and dedication required for this role.
