Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions with practicum students who are working towards their clinical licensure, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet clients' unique needs, using evidence-based approaches and established therapeutic methodologies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and community resource specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary based on ongoing assessment and client feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and psychotherapy sessions, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Current professional liability insurance.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate therapeutic experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000 per year, plus an enticing sign-on bonus of $3,000.
