This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for greater flexibility in both scheduling and location. You will conduct therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, providing you with the ability to reach a diverse client base across various geographical locations. The role requires commitment from Monday to Friday, between the working hours of 9 AM and 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions addressing an array of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license or certification in your state, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, is required for this position.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health support to individuals facing emotional challenges is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport rapidly with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
