Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to individual client needs, promoting relaxation, self-awareness, and emotional balance.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ stressors, challenges, and personal growth goals, creating customized treatment plans that align with their aspirations.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques during individual and group sessions to facilitate their journey towards stress management and self-regulation.
\n
• Facilitate engaging group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices and resilience-building strategies, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to integrate comprehensive treatment approaches, ensuring the holistic well-being of every client.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions, and treatment adjustments, utilizing electronic health record systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training workshops and personal mindfulness practice to enhance your therapeutic skills and effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, stress management, and more. Your expertise in mindfulness will empower individuals to manage their emotional health and navigate life's pressures, ultimately improving their overall well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT in the state of Washington, demonstrating your qualifications to practice as a licensed mental health therapist.

• Exceptional ability to integrate mindfulness into therapeutic interventions, enhancing the therapeutic process for clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive and calming atmosphere for clients to engage in their therapeutic journey.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior extensive training and experience in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) practices is highly desirable, though not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
