Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Providing weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students, helping them navigate clinical challenges and apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Professional liability insurance to practice within a clinical setting.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
