The Salvation Psychotherapy Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapists with active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work environment, leveraging telehealth technologies to ensure accessibility and convenience for both our therapists and clients. You will operate within a highly coordinated team atmosphere, working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, all committed to elevating client care. The typical working schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments by employing evidence-based practices, including solution-focused interventions that result in the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific circumstances.

• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other innovative approaches designed to enhance client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring accurate tracking of treatment progress and client interactions.

• Participate in regular case consultation meetings and peer review sessions to improve the quality of care and share knowledge among the treatment team.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their healing journeys.

• Stay informed on the latest trends, research, and best practices in the mental health field to enhance your therapeutic techniques and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client population experiencing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and life transitions. The telehealth format allows us to extend our reach and serve clients from various backgrounds and community settings in Stockton and beyond, fostering inclusivity and support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• A deep understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques that allows for personalized, client-centered approaches in therapy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport and engage with clients and their families.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills necessary for assessing and addressing the diverse needs of clients.

Preferred Experience\n
