Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid state license (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) and certification as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a counseling or therapeutic setting.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills, with a genuine passion for helping clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
